Kids say the darndest things...

Well, this is part 1 in perhaps what could become a blog series.

Over the last 10 years of teaching, I've experienced/seen/heard/said quite a few things! Some of them sad, some of them maddening, and some quite humorous! This school year has brought many hilarious moments! I've told some of the stories to my family, and they insist I should be writing them down! So, here's part 1 of my School Saga Stories!

On Thursday, one of my more challenging students informed me that Friday was going to be his last day. (Thank you, God!) Then, the student proceeds to ask me if I'll throw him a surprise going away party on Friday!!! :) He was hilarious about it! I told him how it can't really be a "surprise" going away party if he was asking me about it. He replied, "Oh, ok. So are you going to throw me a "not a surprise" going away party?!"
